Registration Fee: A non-refundable session registration fee of $10 per student is required upon enrollment PER SESSION. 

 

Session Tuition Payment: All session tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment. You will not be automatically enrolled in the next session. You will need to pay in full upon enrollment of each future session. Enrollment dates for each future session will be posted at the gym and on our website.

Epic Vendor: Champion Athletics is a proud vendor with Epic Charter School since 2016. To sign your Epic student up email us at adachampionathletics@gmail.com to request the class you would like to enroll in using your Learning Fund with Epic.

 

Sibling Discounts: We do offer a $15 sibling discount. Email us at adachampionathletics@gmail.com to get the coupon code.

 

Late Enrollment: If you miss the session start date and there is openings, you can still enroll for the class. Email us to get a coupon code for a prorated rate for missed weeks. Session registration fee will be due as well. Session registration will not be prorated.

 

100% Tuition Back Guarantee: Instead of offering a free trial class, we will refund 100% of the tuition for any brand new students after their first class if they are dissatisfied for any reason. Refunds are available after their first class ONLY and only for new students. We must be contacted within one week of first class in order for refund to be issued.

 

Miscellaneous Fees: In the event of an insufficient/returned check there will be a $20 processing fee added to your account and must be paid in full along with amount due before child can participate in classes or lessons at Champion.

 

Withdrawal & Refunds: Due to the enrollment commitment outlined above, there will be not withdrawals or refunds.

 

Parent’s Responsibility to be Aware of Dates & Events: It is the responsibility of the parent to be aware of gym activities such as dates the gym is open or closed, special events, etc. Notices will be posted in the lobby as well on our website (www.championathletics.net) and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/championathletics). It is the responsibility of the parent to inform Champion of any address, email, phone number changes, card on file that needs updating or any other pertinent information.

 

Dress Code: Girls: One piece leotard (encouraged) or soft athletic shorts with tucked in t-shirt. Boys: T-shirt & shorts are preferred. Shirt must be tucked in. No bare midriffs are allowed at Champion. Shoes are not allowed (unless authorized as a cheer squad). All jewelry, including watches, fitness bands, etc.. should be left with parents. Long hair should be pulled back with soft accessories. Tights with feet are not allowed, nor are detachable skirts or hooded shirts. Each of these policies will be enforced as a safety precaution for both your child and our staff.

 

Attendance & Tardiness: Please message if a student will be absent so the teach can be informed. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Please be on time to class as arriving late is a distraction to the class as well as being a safety issue for your student. 

 

Snow/Inclement Weather: In case of inclement weather, we will email your email address on file & post a message on our Facebook page. If you have opted out of emails, you will not receive any weather announcement. Closing info will be posted by 2PM for that evenings classes. Note we will not be following any particular schools closings. In the event of a closing we will provide a make-up class time.

 

Care of Students: Champion is not responsible for providing before or after class care of students. Therefore students are asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before class starts. The parking lot & lobby have limited space; we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Students should not wait outside the gym at any time. They must wait in lobby until parent arrives. Parents & legal guardians waive the the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on gym property from any activity conducted by students before, during or after class.
